2. Booking & Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required payment and written confirmation from Travel Dsyne.

  • Certain services, including safari permits, hotel reservations, transportation, and special activities, may require advance payments and are governed by supplier availability.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to government taxes, fuel surcharges, permit fees, hotel revisions, or other supplier-related increases.

  • The final confirmed itinerary and invoice will reflect the applicable pricing at the time of booking.

4. Payments

  • Payment schedules will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • Travel Dsyne reserves the right to cancel bookings if payments are not received by the agreed deadlines.

  • Any bank charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion costs shall be borne by the customer.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

By the Traveller

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to:

  • Hotel cancellation policies

  • Safari permit regulations

  • Transportation provider policies

  • Third-party vendor terms

Certain services, including wildlife safari permits, government fees, and non-refundable reservations, may not be eligible for refunds.

Travel Dsyne reserves the right to cancel or modify itineraries due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Wildlife park closures

  • Safety concerns

  • Circumstances beyond reasonable control

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternatives or applicable refunds based on supplier policies.

6. Wildlife Safari Bookings

  • Safari permits are governed by forest department regulations.

  • Entry fees, guide fees, and permit rules are subject to government changes.

  • Safari sightings cannot be guaranteed.

  • Guests must comply with all park rules and instructions issued by authorities and guides.

7. Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate personal information.

  • Carrying valid identification documents.

  • Obtaining necessary permits or travel documents.

  • Following local laws, customs, and safety guidelines.

  • Informing Travel Dsyne about any special medical or dietary requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Travel Dsyne acts as an intermediary between travellers and service providers including hotels, transport operators, safari authorities, guides, and activity providers.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third parties.

  • Injury, loss, damage, accident, theft, or illness occurring during travel.

  • Events arising from force majeure circumstances including natural disasters, strikes, political disturbances, pandemics, or government actions.

9. Website Content

All content on this website, including text, images, itineraries, branding, and design elements, is the property of Travel Dsyne unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

10. Intellectual Property

The Travel Dsyne name, logo, website content, and promotional materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11. Changes to Itineraries

Travel Dsyne may modify itineraries when necessary due to operational, weather, wildlife, or logistical reasons while striving to maintain the overall travel experience.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
